Seasonal Cooking Series: "From the Garden to the Table"
This series of cooking classes will follow food from the garden to our table as we learn about and prepare different seasonally available fruits and vegetables, most of which are homegrown and hand-picked. Buying and eating locally is an important way to connect us to where our food comes from while supporting our local farmers and communities. To help us understand what to eat, when it's seasonally available and how to prepare it, guest chef Uriah K. Nunn will create recipes that incorporate the foods nature provides us while adding a variety of healing herbs for improved health and flavor.
