Along Sepik to Kaminabit
Kaminabit, Middle Sepik, Papua New Guinea
Two thatched roof houses along the shore of the Sepik River. Tropical trees and foliage behind the houses.

Varieties of palm trees and plants can be seen from the Middle Sepik River between Palambei and Kaminabit. Twenty—five villages along the Iatmul are fishing and horticultural people. One—story stilt houses sit near the water's edge. During rainy season, the water rises above the shoreline and under the houses. Canoes are the mode of transportation.
