Become A Museum School Liaison

Sign up to become a Museum School Liaison (MSL) at the Fall Educator Open House each year. We ask that you attend the Educator Open House and distribute our educational programming information to the educators in your school building and or district and as thanks for helping us, you will receive a free one-year family membership to the Buffalo Museum of Science as well as the reward of putting your entire school in touch with an educational world of discovery. Your free membership will be mailed to you.

As an MSL you will receive advance notice of upcoming exhibits, special events, and programs. In addition, you may be offered the opportunity to give your educational input on a relevant task force. With your Buffalo Museum of Science membership you will receive local discounts and be able to visit any of the over 300 reciprocating ASTC museums and science centers throughout the United States and Canada for free or reduced admission, just by showing your BMS membership card! If you are interested in these museum activities, enjoy sharing information and networking with fellow educators, please come to the Fall Educator Open House and apply to become a Museum School Liaison. We look forward to building an exciting new relationship and seeing you soon! 

We are looking for one special person from each school across Western New York to help spread the word about the Buffalo Museum of Science’s exciting and educational programs, workshops, tours, outreach, and professional development opportunities!
