Volunteer Opportunities
Giving the gift of time can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life. Volunteering has a positive effect on you and your community. Whether you want a long or short-term commitment, there are volunteer opportunities at the Museum for everyone.
Each year several hundred people donate time and talent to the Museum and Tifft Nature Preserve. Opportunities included planning annual fundraisers, creating databases, working on exhibits, and archiving materials in our research library.
For those interested in working with our Museum/Tifft visitors, please consider volunteering in one of the following available categories:
- Education Facilitator
- Camp-In Assistant
- Public Greeter
- Tifft Nature Preserve
Volunteers needed to assist during the run of Body Worlds Vital and beyond. Please apply today.
If you are 16 years of age or older and would like more information on current weekday or weekend volunteer opportunities available at the Buffalo Museum of Science/Tifft Nature Preserve please call Jodi at 716.896.5200 x361 or send an email to jprotas@sciencebuff.org.
