The Buffalo Museum of Science offers homeschool programs for grades K-9 on a variety of topics and themes, and most of all - fun!
TIME: All sessions run 1:30-3:30pm
PRICING: $100 per student per session, BMS members save 10%. Let's review what we know about the water cycle, water shed, seasonal changes, earth core, ocean currents and plate tectonics. Explore how these systems and the weather we love to watch work together.

From the geosphere to the atmosphere, discover the different fields of Earth Science using inquiry and the scientific method. Activities will deal with geology and weather, focusing on the interactions between air, water and land.

Insects / Biodiversity / Ecosystems

"The world is so full of a number of things, I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings". It's not only true, but essential to existence that there is diversity in ecosystems and all the things those ecosystems contain. We will pay special attention to the often overlooked influence of insects and their kin.
