Our museum murder mystery event for adults is back! Was it Lilian Fairchild in Rethink Extinct with the mastodon femur? Or was it Chauncey Hamlin in Explore YOU with the microscope? On Friday, January 19 from 6-9pm, we will once again turn our science studios into a life-sized board game. Tickets include the murder-mystery game, a cash bar (beer and wine), food for sale and access to all of the Museum’s permanent exhibits and galleries including TIFF's digiPlaySpace presented by M&T Bank! Adults 21 and over only.
What is 'Get a Clue'?
Teams of two to 10 people will work together to gather clues from witnesses located throughout the Museum to determine whodunit, along with the weapon of choice and the scene of the crime. We've added a fun Museum twist to the game by using suspects from the Museum’s history, Collections-based weapons, and the Museum’s science studios as the locations of the crime.
Registering as a Team?
We will be running two games over the course of the evening, the first at 6:30pm and the second at 7:45pm. Game times will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis (we will fill up the 6:30pm game first, and then begin assigning guests to the 7:45pm game), so whether you'd like to play with just one other person or you're attending as a team of ten, we just ask that you try to arrive around the same time as those in your group. Before each game begins, we will ask that you get together with your group as we go over the rules. You do not need to pre-register your team when you purchase tickets, this will all be done at the event!
Tickets are on sale now!
