The Cornell Raptor Program presents Live Birds of Prey!This amazing program will focus on the natural history, biology, and conservation of birds of prey (raptors). Includes presentation of live hawks, falcons, owls, vultures, and eagles, mostly indigenous but some exotic species. Each live bird will be presented individually, accompanied by a discussion of its unique characteristics. Presented by Dr. John Parks, Professor of Animal Science and Director of the Cornell Raptor Program, Cornell University, and students. SPONSORED BY THE BUFFALO ORNITHOLOGICAL SOCIETY. |

Turtle TourMeet at the cabin for a brief introduction and then head out to the wetlands for a turtle adventure. Binoculars will be provided for use during the tour or bring your own. Discussions will include native and non-native turtles, wetland restoration, the pet trade, threatened species, and much more. |
