Healthy by Nature
Now more than ever, we need to get in touch with our “wild side!” Spending more time outside in natural environments provides an opportunity to escape from stress, to be physically active, and to socialize. Our innate affinity with nature is supported by recent research linking exposure to natural environments with improved mental and physical health.
