The Explorations Gallery is a hands-on, interactive gallery designed for children ages 2 to 7. Explorations provides our youngest visitors with opportunities to interact with their parents, teachers, and caregivers in an area with hands-on learning opportunities. The Explorations Gallery is utilized as a pre-booked, hands-on learning classroom Wednesday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM (*except for the first Thursday of each month). Groups and classes that pre-book this space are given exclusive use of the gallery with a museum facilitator. On weekends, the gallery has open access during regular museum hours. If there are no groups booked in CWE during a Wednesday through Friday morning, the Gallery will be open for the general public.
