Following the discovery of King Tut’s tomb, Universal Studios’ The Mummy (1932) starring Boris Karloff set the prototype for all mummy-themed movies. This special event includes a post-screening discussion of the touchstones linking the film and exhibit Golden Mummies of Egypt presented by M&T Bank.
If you’re planning to visit Golden Mummies of Egypt before the screening, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance for 6 p.m. or earlier at sciencebuff.org.
