Annual William C. Vaughan Memorial Lecture

Why is a bird red and not blue? Have plumage colors and color vision co-evolved in birds? Join us for the 29th Annual William C. Vaughan Memorial Lecture with speaker Trevor Price, University of Chicago Department of Ecology and Evolution. The lecture will focus on the evolution of color vision in birds, colored with anecdotes from Price’s field research in the Himalayas studying drivers of biodiversity and impacts of climate change.
