When was the last time you stopped by the Buffalo Museum of Science? Let’s just say this isn’t the same Museum you visited on school field trips!
Science After Hours, our evening event series tailored exclusively for adults ages 21+, is the perfect experience for a night out on the town! With the Museum serving as the coolest backdrop to your fun, come see what all the excitement is about…with beer and wine, of course!
We create cool science-based themes, invite partners and vendors from around our community to participate and open our doors for you to choose your own adventure. Get the Museum all to yourself (no kids allowed), grab a drink, participate in themed activities and explore the four floors of interactive Museum exhibits.
The Museum debuted Science After Hours in February 2018 with Science After Hours: Science of Attraction, and has hosted dozens of events since. Past themes include Are you Afraid of the Dark?, MAKE it Festive!, Adult MessFEST, Adult BubbleFEST, Adult DinoFEST.

Is alcohol really available?!
Yes! This is Buffalo after all!
Each SAH hosts a cash bar complete with local craft beers, wine and seltzers. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks for purchase.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
SAH events have limited capacity to ensure the absolute best guest experience. Many of our SAH events sell out, but tickets will be available (up until sell out) the day of the event.
