CANCELED: Special Screening: The Mummy (1932)

The Buffalo Museum of Science is closed through March 29, 2020. All scheduled activities during this temporary closing have been canceled. We appreciate your patience as we work through processing refunds, which may take several weeks to issue due to limited staffing. More information can be found here.

Following the discovery of King Tut’s tomb, Universal Studios’ The Mummy (1932) starring Boris Karloff set the prototype for all mummy-themed movies. This special event includes a post-screening discussion of the touchstones linking the film and exhibit Golden Mummies of Egypt presented by M&T Bank.

If you’re planning to visit Golden Mummies of Egypt before the screening, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance for 6 p.m. or earlier at sciencebuff.org.
