Science Stadium
Opening in 2026!
Science Stadium, the Buffalo Museum of Science’s brand new permanent exhibit, is scheduled to open in summer 2026!
This immersive and highly interactive exhibit created in partnership with the Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Bandits is designed to be enjoyed by all ages and will feature 17 activities examining the science in sports, from performance on the field to the sports medicine and technology that keep players healthy and the social science of fandom culture.
In addition to featuring Buffalo’s hometown teams, the Science Stadium will highlight vital STEM careers involved in sports – both on and off the field – from medical trainers to broadcast professionals and sound engineers, and the growing field of adaptive sports and the engineering that make sports more inclusive and accessible.
Stay tuned for more updates on our website and social media platforms as we continue to bring Science Stadium to life!
