Become A Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Buffalo Museum of Science and Tifft Nature Preserve! We have a temporary hold on accepting new volunteers. Please check back in late summer 2024 when the program reopens.

“Volunteering reminded me how much science can mean to a person no matter what stage of life they are in. It was exactly what I needed in my life to stay motivated for my own future as a future Aerospace Engineer.”

Ash White, Age 18
Volunteer since 2019

“Volunteering at both the museum and at Tifft is extremely rewarding.  With each event I have assisted on, I am gaining a better understanding of the mission of the organization.  But more importantly, I have found that more than just a volunteer, I have become part of a family.”
