BMS Teen Voices Council Interest Form
We’re looking for teens ages 14-18 living in Erie and Niagara Counties who would like to join our Teen Voices Council that will help us better serve our immediate community.
This is a PAID opportunity. Commit to joining us for four, one-hour discussions via Zoom from March – June 2024 and earn up to $125. ($25 per meeting & $25 for one survey)
This opportunity may be used for Community Service Hours in lieu of payment.
Please make sure that you meet the following requirements before submitting the survey:
- Survey is intended for individuals ages 14-18
- Survey is intended for individuals living in Erie or Niagara Counties
- Must be able to participate virtually via Zoom
This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
